5 Steps of Bowling - These steps to be followed time and again to ensure bowling accuracy. Players should use these steps to avoid bowling extras and use them as "Self-control" techniques.
Step 1 - Ensure appropriate run up is take from the bowling crease line (back line of the crease). Usually 5 steps run up is good enough for U11. U13 and U15 kids can go up to 10-15 steps. More than 20 steps is not encouraged. Mark the spot where the run up ends.
