Since my days in college as a captain, I had the privilege of not only coaching my friends but also organizing games. The passion took a backseat as I focused on my higher education (MBA at IIM-A in 2003) and corporate job. After spend more than 15 years in corporate world i felt an inner desire to bring my passion back, but this time instead of engaged in the game as a player I felt we should propagate the game and provide opportunities to youth.
